Security Overview

How we protect data across infrastructure, access, and operations.

1. Our Approach

Security is built into Solvara Nexus from the start. We combine technical controls, operational safeguards, and trusted providers to keep data protected.

2. Infrastructure & hosting

Solvara runs on a GoHighLevel (GHL) backbone with our orchestration and guardrails. Data resides in secure cloud environments with physical access controls, redundancy, and continuous monitoring. Production, staging, and development are separated to prevent cross-account exposure.

3. Encryption & key management

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 or equivalent). Secrets are stored in managed vaults with restricted access and periodic rotation. Passwords and auth tokens are hashed and salted.

4. Access controls

•Role-based access ensures least-privilege permissions.

•Admin actions are logged and reviewed.

•Multi-factor authentication is enforced for administrative accounts.

5. Monitoring & response

•Systems are monitored for uptime, performance, and anomalies.

•We investigate and remediate incidents quickly.

•Customers can report suspected vulnerabilities to support@dominumgladii.com.

6. Backups & continuity

•Encrypted backups are taken on a rolling basis.

•Disaster recovery procedures cover restoration in case of failure.

•Sovereign tier includes leadership dashboards and audit trails.

7. Subprocessors

•We work only with vetted providers under data protection agreements.

•Subprocessors include GoHighLevel (platform backbone), Stripe (billing), and email delivery partners.

•A current list is available on request.

8. Customer responsibilities

•Keep account credentials secure.

•Configure permissions according to your team’s needs.

•Report issues promptly.

•For white-label (Sovereign), you remain responsible for your own brand’s compliance.

9. Incident handling

•In the event of a confirmed breach, we notify affected customers without undue delay.

•We provide details on scope, impact, and remediation steps.

10. Certifications & standards

•GoHighLevel and its providers maintain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001 where applicable).

•Solvara aligns with GDPR and other data protection obligations through our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

11. Responsible disclosure

Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@dominumgladii.com with subject: Security Report and steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge receipt and triage promptly.

12. Changes

We update this page as practices evolve. The Effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
