Refund & Cancellation Policy

How trials, billing cycles, cancellations, and refunds work.
Effective September 27, 2025.

1. Trials

•Trials are for evaluation only.

•We may limit duration or features.

•Data may be removed if you do not convert to a paid plan.

2.Billing cycles

•Subscriptions are billed in advance per monthly or yearly cycle.

•Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

•Yearly subscriptions include two months free.

•Fees are charged in USD. Taxes may apply.

3. Upgrades

•You may upgrade at any time.

•Entitlements apply immediately.

•Charges are prorated where applicable.

•A 14-day grace period aligns billing adjustments.

4. Downgrades

•Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

•Higher-tier features remain until the end of the current term.

•To prevent data loss, features dependent on higher tiers may be disabled after renewal.

5. Cancellations

•You may cancel at any time in Billing inside the product or by emailing support@dominumgladii.com from the account owner’s email.

•Access continues until the end of the current paid term.

6. Refunds

•Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing term has started, except where required by law.

•We do not refund unused time after cancellation.

•Mistakes & duplicates: If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@dominumgladii.com within 30 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post funds. Account credits may be offered where appropriate.

7. Non-refundable services

One-time setup, concierge, or migration services are non-refundable once delivered.

8. Chargebacks & disputes

•Please contact us first before filing a chargeback.

•Most issues resolve faster through support. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is open.

9. Taxes & currency

•Fees are charged in USD.

•Where we collect and remit taxes, those amounts may be non-refundable.

•Currency conversion and related charges are your responsibility.

10. Your rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
